In a recent post “Proof of Existence of God…” you were shown the amazing example of God’s greatness, exemplified by an ordinary Australian teenager.
There are many more examples around the world. Some come to our attention via mass media, others are flourishing in the confines of a simple life, lived to its fullest yet hidden from strangers.
Indeed, spiritually advanced people are in most cases so ordinary that they remain “undetected” to even those close to them. And no, they don’t display prodigious virtuosity. They don’t demonstrate inhuman abilities.
Having realized their true nature and being absent form the rat races we all run, they contribute an enormous good to the growth of Universal Consciousness.

However, it’s only human to idolise those who present their extraordinariness on the TV screen, rather than in the hour of a quiet mediation. Whom would you be at awe of: a mystic introduced to you as a monk living in your local monastery, or this young Korean Sung-bong Choi and his God-given voice? See for yourself in the video below, and be astounded by the heights this manifest consciousness can rise to.

At the time of writing this post (June 16, 2011) this video had more than 6.4 mil. views on Youtube. What does it mean? It means that people at large react positively to the displays of greatness. And although few only will go so far as giving the credit to consciousness and God, many more will feel inspired and reassured by the display of potential that each of us has.
Still, only a rare one will know that the joy and exultation we feel when witnessing something that great pales into insignificance when comparing to the inner bliss of a realized man. It may be impossible for you to believe that you can ever achieve such greatness in any area of your life. That’s understandable, for all our lives we were conditioned to be “realistic” or should it be: average/normal.
Yet the highest life “achievement” – Liberation, Realization or Enlightenment is yours to have. Raise your hand to God and claim it!
